Whilst accommodation for the 12 days - 13 nights of the tour is booked by Syndikas Tours Pty. Ltd, you the participant are responsible for organising your flights, transfers to and from the hotel, compulsory comprehensive travel insurance and (if required) visa entry to France. These individual arrangements can be made with your travel agent. A passport with at least six months validation is required prior to departure. Additional Land expenses for the tour will be for your daily meals & living expenses, non-scheduled transportation & all museum entries with any additional costs associated on your free days. The cost of the airfares will depend on when you book your flight and the airline company you wish fly with. Syndikas Tours Pty. Ltd, is not responsible in advising or administering passport requirements. Non-Australian passport may require a visa to enter Europe. Accommodation charges are calculated per apartment. To cut the costs of 'Land Content', the tour is based on a twin-share arrangements where possible. If you know someone else applying for the tour, you may wish to nominate this person to share your apartment. If you do not know anyone else in the tour please write “Unknown” and we will match you with another person as best as we can if possible.

Comprehensive travel insurance is not included as part of the 'Land Content' cost. – It is important that you have sufficient insurance cover and that it is adequate for your needs. This insurance should cover all emergency and medical care for the entire duration of the tour, cancellation and repatriation costs. We cannot be responsible for any costs you incur due to failure to full cover your travel. Please forward us all details of your insurance cover and make sure you take your policy on your journey. Upon confirmation of your booking, we will provide you with a Booking Confirmation Invoice. Once the non-refundable deposit of $750 is made, we will forward you an extended Itinerary with notes and access to our viewing materials from our data hub. It is anticipated that with this additional knowledge prior to departure from place of origin, you will have sufficient information to fully enjoy the daily journeys as set on the itinerary. Payment should be made by either bank transfer to the bank account detailed in your Booking Confirmation Invoice or by cheque, made payable to Syndikas Tours Pty. Ltd, The balance for your tour cost must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to commencing your tour. If due to some misfortune or circumstances, you decide to cancel your place on the tour, you must notify us of the decision as soon as possible. Cancellation will be effective as from the date we receive your notification. Since we incurred costs in arranging or 'paid in full' for your hotel accommodation, you will have to pay the applicable amount. If we have sufficient time frame and we can retrieve the costs for your accommodation, then we will reimburse you in full. Syndikas Tours Pty. MINIMUM/ MAXIMUM AGE – All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult , who is responsible for the child’s day-to-day care. There are no upper age limits, though we remind you that our tour can be physically demanding. Most daily excursions require long walks and the use of public transport. I agree

AUTHORITY ON TOUR – Our tour is run by an experienced and reliable tour leader. Any decision of the tour leader is final, on all matters affecting the tour. Participants who fail to comply with any reasonable decision made by the tour leader, or who interfere with the well-being of the group may be asked to leave the tour with no right of refund.
